clean facilities friendly staff fine spaces extreme comfort

the facilities shine. it was very clean. the staff seemed nice all around. the housekeeping was super. the hotel have everything a guest could wants. the architecture is very beautiful. spaces feel fine. comfort reigns supreme.

a mixed experience at the palace

slow check-in forgotten phone

My stay had some notable issues. the check-in process was slow. I waited two hours to get my room (at 3:30 pm no less!). i asked to charge my phone during the wait, but they didn't provide a charger. eventually, they took my phone to charge it inside but forgot about it. (that was his solution?! ).

The staff seemed overwhelmed. Service was very slow. i had to ask repeatedly for basic things. also, the room wasn't as clean as i expected. i found a cleaning cloth left behind, and the bathrobe had a tear in it.
